國(guó)際演講會(huì)的使命：透過(guò)分會(huì)俱樂部，幫助男女會(huì)員學(xué)習(xí)說(shuō)話、傾聽與思考的藝術(shù)──這些重要的技能能夠促使個(gè)人實(shí)現(xiàn)自我，強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛能，增進(jìn)人際相互了解，并對(duì)全人類的進(jìn)步作出貢獻(xiàn)。
